Location: Tonawanda, NY
About the Position:
This is a leadership-track position designed to strengthen SJP’s compliance, lending, and risk management operations. The Director of Risk & Lending Strategy will play a key role in financial analysis, loan portfolio oversight, and strategic growth planning.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing compliance, BSA, and audit functions
- Conducting financial and portfolio analysis
- Supporting CECL, ALM, and loan pricing initiatives
- Partnering with lending staff to improve risk performance
- Developing strategic reporting for the CEO and Board
